Dear Voter and Fellow Tax Payer,

You can rest assured, as a 37-year employee of Monroe County Schools, I bring a new set of assets to the board than any other candidate so you can have the leadership in education this county needs.

For a change, the school board will have a member who is certified by the State of Florida in all levels of educational leadership and all levels as school principal. Teachers know I am fair and will do what is best for the kids. Parents respect the direction and guidance I provide their student, whether they are scholars or seeking employability skills.

In times of transition, you want a person who can withstand pressure, plan ahead, and prepare students for a different future than we could imagine. Drawing from experience in the trenches of Vietnam to investing in 21st Century technology as Coral Shores was built, my record shows I have served the community and students of Monroe County with integrity and loyalty as I will continue to do on the school board.

I humbly ask for your vote so I can lead students, teachers and administrators on to their next level of achievement while honoring tax payer concerns.
